ON-SITE TRAINING AND BEHAVIOR CONSULTATIONS

On-Site training is available at Wags to Wiskers Pet Supply in Ann Arbor . On-Site Behavior Consultations are available at Westarbor Animal Hospital in Ann Arbor.

How Does It Work?

After an initial phone interview to discuss your training needs, the trainer will meet you at one of our 2 Ann Arbor Locations. Please complete a New Student Enrollment Form prior to your phone interview.

What training methods are used?

We use humane methods that employ the use of operant conditioning, classical conditioning and play based techniques. You learn how to motivate your dog using treats, play, social, and environmental rewards instead of constantly correcting it. This program prohibits techniques that cause pain or fear for the dogs (no choke chains, pinch or shock collars). Our training techniques are fun and easy for all family members to implement.

Basic Obedience Training

New Puppy Training and Socialization

Elimination issues and housebreaking

Household issues such as counter top cruising or jumping up on people

Excessive barking

Destructive chewing or digging

Pulling on leash

Selection of appropriate training equipment, crates, beds, food and toys

Reactivity and fear issues

How much does it cost?
